Tippecanoe County, IN Police/Fire feed problems on Android

The Indiana - Tippecanoe County Police and Fire feed (Lafayette and West Lafayette Police, and Fire Live Scanner Audio Feed) plays correctly on the website but is not listenable on any of the Android Scanner programs. It sounds like compression issues or something like that. Other Tippecanoe feeds play correctly on both the website and the Android programs.

Having the same issue on iOS

I pulled a file from the archive and noticed the provider is using stereo and a 32 KB bitrate.

Also noticed that the same audio is being broadcast on both left and right channel.
I'm guessing this is the problem.

Unless the feed broadcaster happens to read this and is willing to change it to a 16 KB mono stream, you're probably out of luck.
