Tippecanoe County TRS 1 and 2 Updates

I believe the following Lafayette utilities talkgroups are still in effect on the Tippecanoe County Government Services TRS (System 2):

L Sewer Base 701-01
L Sewer Office 701-02
L Water Base 703-01
L Water Office 703-02

I heard activity on 701-01 yesterday and today.

Today on TGID 40240 on the Tippecanoe County Public Safety TRS (System 1) I heard them talking about cleaning urinals at Loeb (I believe Loeb this is the name of thebaseball field at Columbian Park) so I'm guessing 40240 is one of the new Lafayette Parks channels. Haven't heard much more on 40208 lately but it's probably related to Lafayette Parks and/or Columbian Park Zoo.

Are they coming up on your scanner as IDs 701-01, 701-02 etc ? They come up for me as follows ... I must have something set up incorrectly?

Also on the system 1 channels, I heard them refer to 40208 as CH 1 and 40240 as CH 2 - also have heard them discussing loeb stadium so figure they are new park channels as well.

You need to set your system type to type I and then fleet map for block 7 as sizcode 2, in order to se the type I talkgroup id's in the 70x-x series.

That's what I love about trunking. Bank robberies on one talkgroup....cleaning urinals on another !
