I need to connect a Kenwood TK5710 to a 3010r Intercom. Does anyone know if there is an adapter cable for this or the pin outs for the 12 pin square plug from the remote control head (KRK-6DH) to wire it to the 3010r Intercom?

Please do not make requests for copies of radio programming software which is sold (or was sold) by the manufacturer for any monetary value. The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Often the Kenwood software is less than $100 so don't be a cheapskate; just purchase it.
For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming. The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola).

Firecom makes cables for all the popular radios. Call your dealer to get one for your radio. If you want to roll your own I can provide the pinouts (as long as you have the parts to do so).

Because they are assembled by hand by qualified employees (?) and they are an accessory item which gives manufacturers a license to bend you over.
If you want to make your own, you'll need the flying lead cable supplied with the 3010, the 12 pin molex shell supplied with the 5710 and several pins not supplied (google Molex pins 0.062"). Here's the drill:
3010 pin # ---> 3010 cable wire color ---> TK-5710 pin #
1 BROWN MIC HI 4
2 RED MIC LO 5
3 ORANGE PTT HI 6
5 GREEN HOOK NO 7
6 BLUE SPEAKER 10
7 VIOLET SPEAKER 11
4 YELLOW and 9 BLACK GROUND 3
In the 5710 programming you'll need to make Function Port>Head>AI/1 = EXT PTT and AI/2 = hook.
