Kenwood: TM-V71A aligment mode

The normal Call + F + Pwr buttons do not appear to work with the most current radio. Kenwood may have pull a fast one and changed that keystroke during power up to get into the alignment mode. Anyone know of the new way?

Do you have the jumper plug ? Pins 3 and 6 are jumper ed.
