Lately on Troop K Dispatching, instead of dispatch being called Poughkeepsie, they're called "TMC." What the hell is TMC? :lol:

TMC stands for Traffic Management Center. The TMC is situated at Hawthorne Station.

NYSDOT Traffic Management Centers appear to be taking over NYSP dispatching. Troop G is still called COMSEC but the dispatchers are at the Albany TMC now.
That would account for hearing more and more civilians on SP radio. Thanks, Guys!
