What is the Scope on the New Bell TMR System that is to come in a couple years. will there still be a system for commercial users?

Nope, this is just supposed to be public safety agencies and government users.

But unless Bell shuts down the existing system I would think that commercial will continue there. Though now that I think of it, it will be hard for Bell to keep the system running without having government and other public sector users to pay for it.
Definitely in its current form, although they could drastically reduce the number of sites if they decide to keep it as a commercial system...
