I put together a small webpage with all the current TN Scanamerica.us feeds using the embedded webplayer that Gordon offers the code for.

Yes it is, as long as the person streaming the signal does not decrypt any encrypted transmissions, that is illegal and will get you in big trouble.

Call the radio shop at MSE i know they will say NO this from a group that has some of the PD guys convinced that the system is 100% Encrypted and nobody can hear anything
