Tne best scanner for the job

i am looking for the best scanner for the NYC trunked and conventional systems,
i would like it to do multiple trunked systems, and conventional channels at the same time, which would be the best for that...dosn't matter if it is P25 or Conventional,

Also, what is the best scanner for LTR Regular?

PRO-97 Analog does all the above and adds CTCSS/CDCSS and tagging
PRO-92's Same as 97 though different style for LTR

Having been born and raised in NYC, and knowing just how much there is to listen to in the city and the surrounding area, I would have to go with a Uniden 796. A thousand channels, triple trunking, digital...you can't go wrong. You can fill up one bank with NYPD alone...on my Pro 96, NYPD takes up TWO banks!
