Glad you pulled the trigger, it'll be a good radio for the present and future. Now that it has the Provoice upgrade, I debated getting it as well, but already have my BCD436HP for my digital listening in the city here. I use my BCT15X for the "Burbs" around Albuquerque because they will be analog for a very long time to come. Have a great Christmas Tim

Yeah, I figured my old handhelds can still fill the analog role, they're both working well.
