Hello all i've moniotored the Toiyabe NF and Tahoe Basin Management Unit for a couple years now and i have a question. Do either of them have a active "Service Net"? I have 169.9000 and 171.5000 for the Toiyabe Serive Net. Can anyone tell me if these are correct. And if they are why do i never hear anything on them.
