I am looking for manuals, schematics, or other documents.
The finals appear to be intact it holds its fuse and they dont measure shorted.
There is a 3.5Mhz filter(?) inside that is not connected.
I searched around and can only find the new model (HL-100Bdx) I also saw a blurb about this model being illegal in the US? I am guessing it could be used with a CB? But that is not what I would be using it for.
