been hearing TRFD trucks on the air but no alerts of: type.location etc.Did they change alert system?

Have you checked the Fire/EMS dispatch talkgroup (TG 5100) on the Ocean County P25?

They’re not dispatched by Ocean County so they wouldn’t be on that TG.
