TomTom One Issue

Hello everyone. I am having issues with my TomTom One touch screen not responding. It either doesn't respond at all, or thinks I am touching the left side of the screen when I touch the right side. does anyone know how to fix this?

Get a small ball peen hammer - smack the screen as hard as you can === No No No Dont do that ...try cleaning the screen with either / or a alcahol pad or one of those eyeglass wipes ,if that dont work send it back to the factory service center ,

As stated, try cleaning the screen, then reset the unit. After being reset, look through your settings and see if you can calibrate it. Once it is calibrated, it should realign the touch zone.
