Tone audio on 8tac

For almost a week, channel closed (do not tx) tone has been consistently tx on 8tac 851.0125 frequency.

I've been hearing it up here in St. Joseph county as well. Quick bursts of tones, not sure if ctcss is being transmitted or not, and/or if its going through the repeaters. It's getting annoying.

Turns out it is transmitting with the ctcss tone.
