Hi I currently use DSD+ with the RTL

Are there any apps that will decode, page out tones, alerting tones, DTMF, or even Gestar type ANI ?

that'll try to do QCII, there's a twotonefinder on that site as well.

There's a bunch of junk shareware out there on the googler for ANI/DTMF decoding, then there's always Multimon-ng but this will require cygwin and a virtualized environment to do some compilation work in, not-shallow learning curve.

I haven't used multimon-ng it several years, ymmv.
