I want to try the tone out feature for my 536 and I have the one codes for the departments I want but what is the frequency? I know the tones go off of 33.80 but is there a VHF frequency?

It would be for the 4 Plainfield Depts and the ambulance. If I remember isn't it like 152.0050 or something like that?

You're thinking of 152.0075, which was simulcasting 33.80 for a time, but the vhf freq was always intended for the alphanumeric paging. As far as actual tone out frequencies, check the wiki for a pretty thorough listing.
