I've always heard Laramie County Fire Net 155.715 (162.2)
Simulcast on the Cheyenne 800 system as well.
S.O. & Cheynne PD use 100.0
Phil.
That makes it even `stranger?' as to *how* 100.9 managed to come up. Decoder glitch, freq counter error/faulty interpretation, or `operator error'? (If this was from a *`reading'* of the SO and CPD. *If* it came from some `list'...???) I know that one of the old `tone finders' I've got occasionally had some problems now and then. (But usually just taking the time to actually think about or look at the actual tones and it was usually resolved fairly quickly. [Fortunately, or unfortunately depending upon how one wanted to look at it, the radio it was mounted on died and they're both in "TBHFSCR" with a note about the situation and annotated `REPAIR?'.]) The `tone find and keep' unit still works, and actually is also accurate though with the advent of actual built-in capability in some scanners now it hasn't been hooked for a while now. (The PRO-2006 it is usually hooked up to has been getting used for other things these days instead.)
Oh, well... Hopefully this is the resolution of this `problem'? Thanks, Phil!
