Hey there I just recieve my New BR330t. I love it! What i am trying to do is set up the fire tone out feature. I have used Scanrec to record the tones. I just dont know how to get them into Number Format. ie 1000.0 hz . Is There a Program that will do that?

Well... 1. I have skimmed through the "official Fire Tone out" Thread and found nothing. The link they gave doesnt work.

2.The Frequency Counter Site that was posted here Doesnt Exist anymore.

3.The Tone Decoder Lets me download it but wont let me use it.

Anyone else?

Try this one. I know it works because I just put the file there.

Ahh but this is a DTMF tone decoder.. Our Fire tones are not DTMF
Did you try it?

It's not just for DTMF. It will decode any tones between 43 and 18144Hz. Just watch the display while the tone is present.

Hmmm... odd. It runs on my machine just fine. Be sure you downloaded the file named: paslev32.exe

Here's a direct link: Download Tone Decoder

It's a pretty slick program.

After the install is finished it wont let me start the program. It opens up my e-mail and tries to send off a message Requesting a code, And then i get a reply back telling me to buy the damn thing.

Yes Yours kinda worked. But It only lets me see the frequency of the audio being fed into my computer, Not from .wav Files.

And I reviewed the Tone Out Feed And it was no help either.

Try running a patch cable between your out/in ports on your sound card. That should work.

If you understand what I am trying too say..
