Coming back to Ashtabula county from Williams county Thursday, I saw about 20 OSP vehicles on the turnpike between exit 13 and 142 and when I stopped in one of the rest areas, there was a lone trooper walking and talking to drivers of commercial vehicles. there were alot of white (what looked like suburbans) in the mix of cars. another weird thing (this one off the pike around MM 202) I saw a vehicle with a bike attached to the roof was stopped by a patrol car and a suburban and there were two cones on the side of the road next to the vehicles. Just kind of strange as I have never see so much enforcement . I had the 996 on and just heard normal traffic , nothing out of the ordinary. Something going on out there ????
