My experience with many sporting/on-scene monitoring is be prepared to SEARCH as channels can/do change
depending on the Media agency and then you can also find some that [oooppps] someone forgot to coordinate

I kept finding digital in the 450 area at indy and nascar.. Turns out it is some proprietary (sp?) TV and cam control devices. .. it sounds that OTA programming should be at the SRX events this year. (Dont quote me for sure yet)

"Elvis" aka the Remote Aerial Camera for one of the Networks covering the NFL was running in the 465 Public Safety band for years, till the NFL and Broadcast Association began coordination of Frequencies

CBS sports has access to a mobile radio in press box used to talk to drivers. Just like nascar!

I will post any 2022 freq. updates. I doubt I'll be able to attend any, as none are close by. Expect OTA support for RE Scanners. Cbs will again be broadcasting races live!

One thing you can try is searching the FCC license database for "STA"'s. Special Temporary Authorizations are often used for large sporting events. Involved groups can file for a short term license (STA) for a set duration. Not always the case, but a good place to look if you don't have anything else to work off of.

Down on the "Authorization Type", just click the STA box.

or even the forgotten "Experimental" licenses. Pro Golf recently here in 617 used an Experimental License for their DMR set-up
