TOPAZ TG3040 Mesa PD Event 5 is traffic control and security at Sloan Park (wrigley west) for the spring training games.
The RRDB has all the events TGs listed with the "big E" mode. I would suggest that this be changed to partial encryption "little e" for all the event talk groups have heard open talk on all of these channels.

I don't think it would be necessary to encrypt event staff communicating about lyft and uber not using the half of million dollars on a ride share lane built for them...also I do believe I T guys and public safety has better things to do than monitor RR.

In the future if you have an update, please submit to the DB using the submit tab at the top of the system. Radio Reference depends on scanner listeners to keep the DB up to date with changes.
