How come there is a place for Aircraft, Railroad, CBs, etc but there isn't one for the people who do Fire/Rescue/Police Scanning? And I know I'm new and that this is my first post and all but I'm just curious is all, not trying to start an argument of anything.

Probably because the bulk of scanning is FD/PD/EMS. The other categories tend to be niche interests in the grand scheme of things. FD/PD/EMS scanning is best left to discussing in the individual State sections, given the fact that most of that type of scanning is localized or regional.
