KSIC TG 1239 (C-KHP-3) reporting tornado touchdowns with damage / injuries in Chapman, near Ogden and in Manhattan.

I'm hearing that Chapman, KS took a direct hit and is pretty bad off. The info is coming in from KSICS TG-1294. They said it's not as bad as Greensburg but it's pretty bad and they are requesting help.
