So, last night, the signal conditions were absolutely amazing in Erie County to pick up Toronto crystal clear. And I stumbled across this, and noticed it wasn't in the DB and couldn't find any discussion of it on the forum, so I figured I share it and see if anyone can pick it up or shed some light on it

Site: 1.10 ; Unknown Toronto Site

Channel 0-1837: 862.4875 CC
Channel 0-1949: 863.1875 CC

I was also getting this error -
2020/04/05 03:40:34 BEE00.3C2-1.6 neighbor: Site BEE00.3C2-1.10; CC=0-1837 862.48750 Unknown Toronto Site FAILED, ISOLATED
2020/04/05 04:10:30 BEE00.3C2-1.5 neighbor: Site BEE00.3C2-1.10; CC=0-1837 862.48750 Unknown Toronto Site FAILED, ISOLATED

So, Site 5&6 are acknowledging its existence, but it's not live? I don't know, but I couldn't get a signal on either of the CC's

I'm here a lot
We've noticed Site 10 when running Unitrunker since 2014. Others may have further details on it.

You're right about propogation. All 7 weather channels had activity from Pennsylvania to the Finger Lakes and many Ontario locations.

Sites 9 and 10 are not listed properly on RR;

Site 9 - is in the PATH system and TTC tunnels
Site 10 - is a "Site On Wheels" (a portable site that can be deployed as needed)

Site 10 is only online when the Site On Wheels is on, but it is always transmitted as a neighbour so that way when it gets used, radios know about it and look for it.

It isn't "live" in the context that it is on the air, but it is very much part of the system, and could go live at any moment. It's probably a good idea to have it listed so that people have it in their scanner should it get used.
Though, it would be nice if it went live, so we could capture it's control channels and voice channels. There's some disparity between what radios are looking for (CC wise) and what the system is currently transmitting the CC is.

It's been showing as "FAILED, ISOLATED" for a few weeks now. I wouldn't be surprised if Telecom was prepping it to be used for a field location, should it be called upon during this whole mess we're in.

Thanks. I don't normally get a good signal and thought I stumbled on something. I scrolled back through the forums for about a year and didn't see anything relating to that, so I just thought I found something lol. Thanks for the info though!

It's nice to get the signals from you guys clear every now and then, it gives me something to play with! I was able to get York, Halton, Hamilton, Toronto Hydro and all the Toronto Emergency Services sites and just about everything in between last night.
