Toronto EMS

I realize that the T.O. EMS are on the EDACS system and their portables are on the Motorola Toronto Public Safety system. My question is, which system should I listen to if I want to catch most of the calls for service?
Or are the calls simucasted on both systems? I only have one scanner so I am unable to determine if the calls are being dispatched on the 2 systems at once.

Completly Migrated

As far as I know - TEMS has completly migrated to the (Motorola) Toronto Public Safety system. I think that the EDACS is still active as I occationally see some TG's flash by when I inadvertanly activate that bank on my scanner but I listen to them on the Toronto Public Safety system now.
