Toronto Fire and Vaughan Fire

I'm not sure Toronto West is receiving Vaughan Fire. Has anyone heard it on the Tor West feed?

That was on an inter-border call a while back. Not a normal occurrence.

Thanks. I'm not sure I understand. The kind person who set up Toronto Fire West states that he is also providing "the Vaughan Fire command patch". I can find no information about this patch.
Is it a special patch used only to patch Toronto and Vaughan units when they share a cross-border call?
It is not Vaughan Dispatch or any other purely Vaughan talkgroup. Am I correct?
