Toronto Police Channels

Has anyone charted the Toronto Police channels?
What I mean is when someone says they will be on channel 62, what trunk code would that be? I know the divisions have tac channels etc but I was wondering if anyone has charted all of them.

i.e. channel 15 is 14 division sub
