I've been hearing a lot involving CIT UNits in 11/12 divison. I even saw 1 and 2 officers got out of the vehicle. They wear more of a tactical uniform, as apposed to reg uniform. 1 of the officers was a very 'overweight' female, with blond and black streaked shoulder length hair ( who my first thought was - she wouldnt be able to chase anyone very far ). Can anyone tell me what these units are for? My first thought was Constible in Training or something, but they do carry weapons and have some sort of equipment belt.
