Yes, you can listen to their calls.

They have a talkgroup on system 3C08 (the same as the regular police talkgroups) called 68-ETF. This is their primary channel where they can be found. When they get on scene, they switch to A1-ETFS1 or A2-ETFS2 which are simplex channels. They don't get 'dispatched' to calls on the 68 talkgroup, the radio room telephones the ETF base. All you'll generally hear is "Base to the team, we've been requested in 14 division, event F120042". They'd then look it up on their computers and go do their thing.

You often hear them talk about coffee runs or regular talk on their talkgroup.

As Mike said its all bizniz when they respond to calls.
