I am picking up 4 Bar signal on BCD996t using Cellular Yagi antenna at 30ft.I am located 85 miles NW of Toronto near Angus just to the West of Barrie.

That's a great catch from your area. Are you getting all 4 towers strong?
I'm in Bolton. I seem to get the south tower the strongest...even though it's the farthest away from me.
Actually over night and this morning has good tropo ducting. I was grabbing Fleetnet towers from Woodstock to Whitby on my handheld with a 2m rubber ducky.
