I've seen a bunch 640xx Talkgroups on the Toronto P25 system. All are encrypted so I am not entirely sure what these are.
I am also seeing a few clear ones also
80 - was some sort of training exercise, I am not sure for what agency it's for
2513 - sounded like building inspectors or some sort of infrastructure-related traffic. They made multiple references to EllisDon and PCL.
