Few more confirmed Run # for Line 2. One thing that I discovered, is that the lower run numbers are used on weekends & holidays, and the ones 250 and higher are used on weekdays.

100202 Run 203
100213 Run 213
100216 Run 216
100252 Run 252
100261 Run 261
100262 Run 262

And a new one I discovered by chance today because of a crane collapse that damaged TTC overhead wires at Dundas & River,

Few more... they are trickling in slowly, as there are not many left to verify on the BD.

100207 Run 207
100209 Run 209
100214 Run 214
100215 Run 215
100276 Run 276

100297 Run 297 - This was a training run, I heard them identify as OTC (Operations Training Centre)

The other one in the database, Run 298 was probably a training run as well.

Getting the last of the Line 2 run numbers, this could be near the end of the list I think

100201 Run 201
100206 Run 206
100208 Run 208
100212 Run 212
100217 Run 217
100220 Run 220
100224 Run 224
100225 Run 225

100299 Run 299
I heard this run identify as a SYO (Subway Yard Operator) running a train into Greenwood Yard. So perhaps the 297-299 are used for OTC and SYO's as they see fit.

Who knows, just guessing here. These trains only show up for a short time between Warden & Victoria Park on the Birchmount tower.

I compared my list to the RR database, and I see one run is missing in the database, I probably just missed posting it before.

100259 Run 259.

I've been monitoring the CN Tower site for the last few days. T/G 101151 is very busy with car yard activity, lots of mentioning of track numbers etc.. There's been frequent references to "the pond" and I'm wondering of that might be the "pond" that's on the Leslie Streetcar Barn property perhaps, or maybe at the Wilson yard? I don't see confirmed T/Gs for those locations on RR just yet.

I've got so many unnamed TG's, it's gotta be at least 30+.

Sometimes its really difficult to figure out who it is or what, only get lucky sometimes when they identify themselves or the channel name.

I've figured out the tetra identifiers for the buses. They are not groups like the subway or the others, but rather a private connection (though not encrypted) that they can talk at the same time (duplex).

I'm not sure if this means anything for the database, because it would take forever to log them all, and I don't really plan on doing that, but at least I can provide the number scheme.

Basically its 31xxxx, where the xxxx is the bus #. I've checked this on the 3 towers I can monitor, and it appears to be the same on all of them.

I was also able to figure out the scheme for individual subway train cars, at least on the T1 trains on Bloor Danforth Line 2.

1215000-1215371, where the last 4 digits are the individual radio in each cab on the train.

Yeah, it's unfortunate this type of system is not easy to monitor or discover new stuff on it. It's not simulcast throughout the city, so you can miss out stuff that's beyond the towers you can monitor.

I had planned to take a ride in the subway with a laptop and see what happens down there, but with the nutjobs & junkies down there now, I dunno.

It’s been awhile since I can get reliable signal enough to decode while on the train, maybe I need to redo my entire setup. It’s mostly just the Station desk, Janitorial desk and whichever event that goes on or delay related issues.

Yeah I never tried, but I was planning to take a laptop, a USB extension for the SDR and annenna in a backpack and see what I could pick up as the train rolls along.

Be prepared every so often to readjust the actual frequency where the tetra signal is because it moves. I can tell you all the spots on line 2 but I haven’t taken an entire ride on line 1 to map where it all changes.
