I believe TPD was on 856.7375 for dispatch and 857.7625 for tac. After they went to Sprint-Nextel (thet may have used that with the 800 freqs) , then Motobro ... they can't seem to stay with a system

That's not quite accurate. They were on the 800 frequencies (856 was analog, the 857 was encrypted and never worked) as above but they never went to Sprint-Nextel nor Motobro. From 800 they tried a Kenwood NXDN encrypted VHF 155.655 - a 'borrowed' freq from Harwinton, when that didn't work, they went to analog, coverage was still poor and the frequency was not assigned to them and the license did not allow for NXDN/enc; changing vendors they went to 152.3225 P25 NAC033

I did confuse Motobro for NXDN ... they were for a while using Nextel. I am not sure if it was a test, or fully implemented, but I know Nextel was being used at the same time they were on 800mhz. I had seen it a number of times.
