Torrington Police is for the time being operating their VHF freq on analog mode after their Kenwood Nextedge system continuted to fail and leave the officers without use of their radios. For the time being they are operating on Analog and can be heard on 155.655. I dont know how long they will stay on analog if it will be perminate or just until they can figure out what was causing the system to fail (if they can even make it work)
