If it was reported missing, yes. Might have been one of those radios that was stolen from the CPD desks that wasn't missed? They'll figure out who it belonged to.

A Dispatcher on Twitter said most CPD radios aren't programmed correctly with RIDs and tracking. The number for that radio in general came back to all zeros on the radio reply.
