I noticed a tower going up behind the Jones County EOC, does anyone know what it might be?

Micowave Tower going up in Jones County
According to Jones County officials a Tower has been erected adjacent and be used for a microwave tranmitter to link the EOC with the two Tranmitter locations and will no longer need to lease a line from bellsouth in order to link the EOC and tranmitter.
