How do I find the tower locations in Manatee Sarasota County Florida?

My recommendation would be to identify the system you are inquiring about, visit that system’s database entry, click on the “site” hyperlink and see if there is FCC license information present. If there is, visit the FCC ULS page and copy the FRN from said license. Then visit the FCC ASR page and search by that FRN.

Or if you are just looking for raw tower information you could use google maps to drop a pin in the middle of your desired search area and copy those coordinates to the FCC ASR search tool; then specify a radius to search within.
