Long time lurker and avid reader of the fora. Y'all do a great job.
Since I've moved to Southern Pines a couple of years ago, I've fed my scanning habit using the UHF side of my dual-band ham rigs since Moore County has been primarily analog UHF. I noticed a couple of days ago that I wasn't hearing any 8xx traffic (SOP PD or Station 81 Fire). I'm not so sure that Aberdeen hasn't also disappeared. Pinehurst and Moore SO are still on. I've tried 2 handhelds and 1 mobile rig so I don't think it's the radios. I've scanned a fair portion of 450 Mhz, and 850-869 Mhz, with no joy.
Does anyone know where SOP went?
Thanks,
Conig
