TPD Back-up channels

So TPD back up channels on the East site appear to be:

1377 - Sector A
1378 - Sector B
1379 - Sector C
1380 -- Sector D
1381 -- Sector E
1382 -- Sector F
1383 -- Records

Have the back-up channels been consistent these past couple of days, or have they been changing?

Is this a test, or is the West site in need of repair or something?

P.S. Is 406.1375 DCS 371 the dock loaders/unloaders at the Port of Tampa? Also getting 406.4 and 406.5375, which aren't very busy and sound like someone talking in a wind tunnel (maybe one of the federal buildings).

TPD back-up TGs still being used as the west site is undergoing repairs/maintenance. All routine SO patrol traffic is on the east site Special Event TGs.
