TPS Investigative Channel B2

I think this channel is no longer used for Investigative simplex as it is part of the South Site Trunking Rotation and monitoring over the last couple of days with CTCSS tone of 110.9 is not producing any results...Has anyone heard surveillance type comms on this recently could still be used away from downtown.

If we are speaking of 860.9875 it is in the York Region trunk system as a voice frequency.
However, on this subject, the last time I heard any analog conventional activity was on these two freq's
860.2375 MSS 350
860.4125 MSS 750

This was during the month of May , BTW
