tps-yrp voice channels

may be its my location,but anyone else experience certain voice channels that sound like a cat being killed? it sounds like a high pitched squeal that basically drowns out the broadcast.ive noticed it only occurs on certain voice channels for both TPS and YRPD.the rest of them are fine to listen to.anyone else experience this?

Well, I can't say I've ever heard a cat being killed. Not sure about the sound you are referring to. Is it intermittent or constant?

its a high pitched squeal that is constant.ive heard it quite often on 3 certain voice channels.im wondering if the police experience it also.
