Traffic enforcement...help.

Yesterday I picked up a Pro-96 and its my first scanner. I have spent 14 hours now reading this forum / and the manual trying to figure it out It is my understanding Dover PD has gone to encryption which is a bummer.

However, what freq's have you all noticed that the state / other counties use for traffic enforcement? That is my main hobby and I would love to listen to whats going on.

I am also going on a road trip today from DE, to OH. What is the best idea / method to pick out how I can recieve traffic enforcement from other states as well?

most of the traffic enforcement is done tac channels which can also be encrypited at times.. you can also listen to town channels.. ie sussex cty you can hear georgetown or seaford doing enforcement.. I also recommend using the win96 software from don starr.. it's a help..

As previously recommended, buy Don Starr's Win96. Also, I uploaded a file a little while ago that includes the entire state of Delaware. You can edit it as you see fit. I'll see if I can put something together that includes the PA State Police. That just takes up 1 bank.
