Just listening to 371.250 MHz, Papa -One Talking to Bison - One Zero, Low Audio but clear, doing some kind of exercise/practice.

I have this frequency as A Norad Frequency in my list ??

Just entered this freq into my list. Maybe out of NFAB? I have been hearing a lot of local Mil activity on Buf App/Dep in the past few days. Sounds like they maybe getting their currency up to date.
