Traffic on Mt. Baker site

I'm monitoring the DPS site down at Mt. Baker. Today, 16:45 I'm hearing tg14928 with radio techs talking -one encrypted and the other tech is analog. Sounds like they are making radio checks.

Update; heard female dispater type traffic on tg 59422 this morning. Not on long enough to ID who it was. tg not listed in RR. Sounded great from Elk City.
