Traffice on 900.212500

I'm in Atlanta GA and consistanly receive traffic on frequency 900.212500. I'm sure its a police, just dont know for which county.

Anybody know what agency this could be?

Emory Univ PD has some 900mhz talk groups used by security

If it isn't an image then it would be the input to 939.2125. See if you hear anything on that one.
