Command will be at Station 1. Staging in area of Washington Blvd

Trying to make access to the scene. Train operator calling it in.

Mutual Aid from Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County

Very hard access to the scene.

2 People on the train are Ok.
1 train car half on, half off.
Requesting an ATV from Elkridge.

Howard County FD, Howard County PD, Anne Arundel FD, Baltimore County FD on Scene.

Trying to make access on the bike path with an ATV.

The incident is in Baltimore County.
