Anyone have anything to say about it? Esspecially the indoor version. Seems like a good antenna, just wanted to see what other people thought of it.

Your looking at the LP antenna. Im looking at the indoor antenna. I'm aware that the antenna at the top is directional. Antenna I'm looking at is at the bottom of the page.

If you're talking about the Ham 'Blade' antenna, it's about twice as expensive as other similar antennas, and won't work very well above or below the 140-150 MHz range. At 160 MHz, it's probably about as good as a ground plane. Maybe.

I'm not talking about the directional antenna at the top of the page. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see an indoor model. It has 2 elements, going into a box at the bottom, and apparently can be hung in places. Seems like a pretty good antenna.
That antenna can bassicly be made at home for very little money. Simply cut a piece of wire for the center freq of the band you are interested in. And attach it to some coax run that to your scanner and enjoy.
This would also allow you to be able to change it out as needed and and tweak it to your needs.

Ya know what I didnt even notice the second element comming out of it till I took a closer look.
