I've used the 1091. It's pretty solid on VHF-High/UHF/800Mhz. Not so good on VHF-Low.

I don not have any experience with any of these antennas, but, if you are looking for a mag mount, I would go with an NMO type. You will most likely have to purchase the mag base and the antenna separate, and it would cost a bit more, but you can very easily interchange antennas in the future if you desire.

The Larsen 150/450/800 Tri bander was a noticeable improvement on 850MHz over the Tram 1091 antenna on my vehicle and on the systems I listen too. On VHF and UHF is was about the same.
