Rather listen than stream
Is there a way I can route the audio from the scanner to my pc so that I can hear my radio and the audio from my laptop in my AirPods?

Why not just buy a rechargeable Bluetooth Transmitter like the rest of us.
The only thing you need is a cable to the PC mic/audio in jack.

I had rather have the option to have a portable device I can take with me.
