Transmissions dropping out on Norman site

I keep hearing periodically the system dropping a transmission mid sentence. Mostly I hear it on OHP traffic. It is almost like they unkey the mic in mid word. When it comes back up every says I missed some of that traffic say again when they even notice it. I heard that happen on Norman FD TG one day also. It is like the controller says "well that talk group has talked enough...click"

I've noticed it doing that with Norman PD, OHP and CCSO for a few weeks, although i have not noticed any in the last week or so. The user is keyed up then there is a loud burst of static and the carrier drops.

Kind of strange.
